About the Role
We're looking for a Logistics Coordinator to join our operations team. You'll play a key role in keeping our supply chain running smoothly — coordinating shipments, managing inventory, and ensuring orders are fulfilled on time.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments across multiple carriers
- Manage inventory logistics and maintain accurate stock levels
- Work closely with the warehouse team on daily operations
- Track and monitor orders from placement through delivery
- Communicate with vendors and suppliers on scheduling and fulfillment
- Identify and resolve shipping or inventory discrepancies
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or warehouse operations
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency with inventory management systems or order tracking tools
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Clear communication skills — written and verbal
